Real estate is about communication. From both a client’s and our point of view, it’s that simple. It’s also about working hard and treating the result you’re trying to achieve for a client as if it were your own property, one of the key things I’ve learnt in the 30 years I’ve been in the industry. Beyond that, though, I’d say the key thing I offer my clients is an intricate knowledge of property portfolio investment building.
